摘　　要：文章介绍了柞蚕丝的特性,以适当的比例与腈纶、木代尔混纺开发针织内衣面料,对产品的规格设计、纱线设计、织造设计、染色工艺和后整理等生产过程和技术要点进行了探讨,对实际柞蚕丝染色过程中的难点以及解决方案进行了阐述。通过公检测试,柞蚕丝的抗菌性、抗静电性能等均达到了国家、行业的相关标准要求,为柞蚕丝在针织内衣面料上的应用和扩大市场空间提供了思路。The paper introduces the characteristic of the tussah silk,develops knitted underwear fabric by blending with acrylic fiber and modal fiber in an appropriate proportion,and carries out a research on its production process and technical points,including specifications design,yarn design,weave design,dyeing and finishing process.Meanwhile,it also expounds the difficulties and solutions in the actual dyeing process of tussah silk.And the testing results showed that the antibacterial and anti-static properties of tussah silk have reached the national standard and industrial standard,providing ideas for the application of tussah silk on knitted underwear fabric and the expansion of market space.
