摘　　要：针对纯棉色织免烫面料要求坯布"弹性好、强力高、易退浆"的工艺要求,进行无PVA绿色上浆工艺的研究。采用"二中一低,小伸长,保回潮"的浆纱工艺和技术控制措施,使浆纱的各项质量性能指标均满足生产要求,织造效率高达94%,成品一等品率达99.7%,实现纯棉色织免烫面料批量生产。In order to meet the technical requirements of“good elasticity,high tenacity,and easy to desizing”for pure cotton yarn-dyed iron-free fabric,this paper carried out a comprehensive study on non-PVA ecofriendly sizing process.In the experiment,the sizing process and technical control measures of“medium concentration,low viscosity,medium pressure,low elongation,and guaranteed moisture regain”were adopted,making its quality performance of sizing meet the production requirements.Experimental results indicated that the weaving efficiency was as high as 94%,and the first-class product rate reached 99.7%,which can realize the mass production of pure cotton yarn-dyed iron-free fabric.
