摘  要:建立标准气体稀释装置的校准方法。介绍了标准气体稀释装置的工作原理,给出标准气体稀释装置的稀释误差、重复性等主要计量特性及技术指标。采用排水收集气体法收集气体样品,使用自动顶空进样器进样,气相色谱仪氢火焰检测器进行样品分析。将标准气体稀释装置稀释得到的气体样品和与其浓度值相对应的钢瓶装标准气体分别进样测定,通过两者测定值的比较来确定装置的稀释误差。依据该方法对一台标准气体稀释装置进行了校准,结果表明,给出的计量特性及技术指标较为合理,校准方法切实可行,可以用于标准气体稀释装置的校准。The calibration method for the dilution device of the reference gas was set up.Working principle of the reference gas dilution device was introduced,main metrological characteristics such as dilution error and repeatability of the reference gas dilution device were discussed.The gas sample analysis was carried out by headspace injection–gas chromatography,the gas sample was collected by the drainage gas collection method,and then injected by the automatic headspace sampling device and analyzed by gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame detector.The measured values of both the gas sample diluted by the reference gas dilution device and the standard gas in the cylinder were compared,in order to determine the dilution error of the device.The calibration of one reference gas dilution device was carried out.The results showed that the calibration method is practicable,and it can be used to calibrate the reference gas dilution device.
