摘  要:为评价目前液化石油气检测相关实验室的检测能力,组织了液化石油气烃类组分能力验证,收集参加实验室对样品的C_3,C_4和C_5组分含量的分析结果,对液化石油气烃组分检测中的关键技术进行分析。各实验室均使用同一有证标准物质进行检测,采用Z值评价实验室结果,比对结果表明C_3组分、C_4组分和C_5组分的实验室检测结果满意率在85%~100%。本次能力验证表明,目前国内大多数实验室对液化石油气的检测未使用标准方法,而采取内部检测方法,各种方法之间差异较大,部分实验室结果出现偏离。对比不同检测方法的差异,分析了偏差原因,填补了国内液化石油气能力验证空白,可为液化石油气检测方法改进提供依据。In order to evaluating the laboratories’ability about testing hydrocarbon component in liquefied petroleum gases(LPG),a proficiency testing about LPG and recollected testing results of component C3,C4,C5 was organized to analyzing key techniques of testing hydrocarbon component in LPG.All laboratories tested one bottle of standard liquid.All results were evaluated by Z score.The test results of component C3,C4,C5 showed the ratio of satisfied results were in the range of 85%–100%.This proficiency testing showed that most laboratories used interior method instead of standard method in LPG test.There were variances among different test methods and some test results had deviation.This proficiency testing compared different LPG test method and analyzed the cause of deviation,and fill a gap about LPG proficiency testing,it can provide positive recommendation to improving the LPG testing method.
