青年男性裤装上裆长的影响因素

摘　　要：为提高青年男性裤装着装的合体性和舒适性,分析了青年男性上裆部形态的特征,通过非接触式三维人体扫描仪测量获取人体相关数据,运用Excel和SPSS软件对相关变量进行描述性统计分析,采用相关系数矩阵得到上裆长的影响因素并对影响因素进行线性回归分析,依据国家号型标准和K-均值聚类分析法对上裆长进行分类。结果表明:青年男性基本数据呈现正态分布,且上裆长在均值附近集中程度高;上裆长的影响因素为全裆长、腰臀高和身高,影响因素间相互独立,全裆长对上裆长的影响最为显著,相关系数最高,为0.86,且上裆长与全裆长、腰臀高和身高之间成正相关关系;将上裆长分为4类,以1.5 cm分档。In order to improve the fitness and comfort of young male dress,the characteristics of young me n′s upper crotch shape were studied,the human body data was measured by the non-contact 3-D body scanner,and the Excel and SPSS19.0 data analysis software were used for descriptive statistical analysis of the related variables.The correlation coefficient matrix table was used to acquir the influencing factors of the upper crotch length,and regression analysis was carried out on them.Then according to standard sizing systems for garment and K-means cluster analysis,the upper crotch length was classified.The results show that the basic data of young male presents the standard normal distribution,and the upper crotch length is highly concentrated near the mean.Influencing factors of the upper crotch length are the total crotch length,waist-hip height and body height.The influencing factors are independent.The total crotch length has the most significant effect on the upper crotch length with the correlation coefficient of 0.86.The positive correlation of the upper crotch length exists with the total crotch length,waist-hip height and body height.The data of the upper crotch length are divided into 4 categories by an interval of 1.5 cm.
