摘　　要：研究选取17位居民对用工业化部品改造后的既有住宅进行用户体验、评价和访谈活动。在调研成果的基础上,从住宅性能、工业化部品以及整体厨卫的应用三个方面展开,结合了工业化理论和SD法,对用工业化部品改造后的既有住宅空间品质进行居民满意度验证。The study selected 17 residents to conduct user experience,evaluation and interview activities for existing houses transformed with industrialized parts.On the basis of the research results,from the three aspects including residential performance,industrialized parts and the application of the whole kitchen and bathroom,combined with the industrialized theory and SD method,the residence satisfaction verification of the existing residential space quality after transformation by industrialized parts was carried out.
