承德市产妇产后早期抑郁真实感受的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨承德市产妇产后早期抑郁的心理感受及内心需求方法。方法采用质性研究方法,对14例爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)分值大于或等于13分的产妇在产后10d进行深度访谈。结果在访谈过程中,大多产妇情绪低落,需要静待其情绪缓和后继续访谈;产后生活行为上会变幼稚,依赖感增强,难以适应角色转换;7例产妇产后由于自身能力的不足及形象的改变而出现自卑感,对任何事情都缺乏自信心;9例表示缺乏情感支持。结论产后早期妇女会受到各种因素影响而产生一系列身心变化,医护人员应密切关注产妇心理社会因素,并及时为其提供个性化心理治疗方案。Objective To explore the psychological feelings and inner demand of puerperas with early postpartum depression in Chengde City.Methods This study used the qualitative research method,14 puerperas with EPDS score≥13 conducted the depth interview on 10 d after delivery.Results During the interview,most of the puerperas were depressed and needed to wait for their emotional relaxation before continuing the interview;their postpartum life behavior would become naive,more dependent and difficult to adapt to the role change;7 cases of puerperas showed inferiority complex and lacked confidence in anything because of their own lack of ability and image changes;9 cases Showed lack of emotional support.Conclusion Early postpartum women will produce a series of physical and mental changes due to various factor influence.The medical and nursing staffs should closely concern the psychological and social factors of parturient women,timely offer individualized psychological treatment scheme.
