摘  要:本文首先比较了包被和未包被γ-氨基丁酸在瘤胃中的降解率,然后随机挑选20头荷斯坦奶牛,将其随机分为4组,对照组(Ⅰ组)试验组(Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组),每组5头,分别饲喂包被γ-氨基丁酸(含量为25%)0、10、20、30 g/d,研究包被γ-氨基丁酸对夏季奶牛抗应激指标、抗氧化指标及免疫指标的影响,结果显示:(1)未包被γ-氨基丁酸在瘤胃中很快降解,包被γ-氨基丁酸降解较慢,24 h时,其在瘤胃中的降解率为21.87%;(2)试验组Cor含量均显著降低(P<0.05),ACTH含量试验组均降低,且Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组显著降低(P<0.05);免疫相关指标lg A、lg G、lg M及IL-2含量均升高,其中各试验组lg G含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组IL-2含量显著提高(P<0.05);MDA浓度降低,SOD和GSH-Px活性升高,其中,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组MDA浓度显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅲ组GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,包被γ-氨基丁酸可以缓解奶牛夏季热应激,提高奶牛免疫能力及抗氧化性能,综合对比以Ⅲ组(20 g/d)效果最佳。This paper first compared the degradation rates of uncoated and coatedγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in the rumen,then 20 Holstein cows were randomly selected and divided into four groups.The I group was control group,the II,III,IV groups were experimental groups,which had 5 heads and were fed with coated GABA(content was 25%)10,20,30 g/d.The effect of GABA on the anti-stress index,antioxidant index and immune index of summer dairy cows were evaluated.The results showed,(1)Uncoated GABA degraded rapidly in the rumen,while the coated GABA was slower,the degradation rate in the rumen was 21.87%druing 24h;(2)The concentration of Cor in the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentration of ACTH in the experimental were decreased,and significantly decreased in the III IV groups(P<0.05);The concentration of lgA,lgG,lgM and IL-2 were increased,and the concentration of lgG was significantly increased in each experimental group(P<0.05).The concentration of IL-2 in group III and IV were significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentration of MDA decreased,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased,and the concentration of MDA decreased significantly in group III and IV(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased in group III(P<0.05).In summary,coated GABA can alleviate the summer heat stress of dairy cows,improve the immunity and antioxidation of dairy cows.The comprehensive effect is best in group III(20 g/d)
