摘　　要：针对机动通信系统特点,基于系统集成理论方法,提出了一套能适应机动通信系统综合集成的体系化过程、自顶而下与循环迭代相结合的集成建设模式,阐述了机动通信系统的综合集成的设计方法,介绍了自顶而下的功能分解流程,遵循分层分域的思想,从不同维度对机动通信系统集成进行设计,并将设计内容与方法应用于系统集成实施过程,最后通过建模与仿真评估手段,系统性评价综合集成建设成果,从而有效指导集成建设工作。In view of the characteristics of mobile communication systems,and based on the theory of system integration,a set of integrated construction models that can adapt to the integrated integration of mobile communication systems are proposed,and the design method for comprehensive integration of mobile communication systems is elaborated,the functional decomposition process from top to bottom described,the integration of mobile communication systems from different dimensions designed,and the design content and methods applied to the implementation strategy of system integration.Finally,by means of modeling and simulation evaluation,the results of integrated construction are systematically evaluated so as to effectively guide the integrated construction work.
