摘  要:雷达红外引导仪是将红外热像仪应用在雷达引导仪上,并依据光学引导仪的使用特点和使用方法,设计出大视场,使用操作方便的红外引导仪。由于受热像仪器件的半导体材料、制造工艺以及外界温度等因素的影响,红外图像的非均匀性会对成像效果产生严重的影响,使得红外的图像模糊不清,雷达红外引导仪采用二点定标校正法,结合所选红外热像仪,为保证探测背景环境适应性,解决了夏季环境温度与背景红外辐射温度差异较大而造成的非均匀校正较差的问题,保证了红外成像系统的探测灵敏度。Radar infrared guided instrument applies the infrared thermal imager to the radar guided instrument.Based on the characteristics and using method of the optical guided instrument,a large field of view is designed and the infrared guide instrument with convenient operation is used.Due to the influence of the semiconductor material,manufacturing process and external humidity of the thermal imager device,the nonumiformity of the infrared image has a serious impact on the imaging effect and the infrared im-age is blurred.The radar infrared guidance instrument adopts a two-point calibration correction method,combined with the selected infrared thermal imager,in order to ensure the detection of the background environment adaptability to solve the summer ambient temperature and background infrared radiation temperature difference caused by large non-uniform correction of the poor to ensure that the infrared imaging system to detect sensitivity.
