崇明海岸湿地现状及其在生态岛建设中的作用

摘　　要：生态文明建设是当前社会的发展趋势,崇明生态岛建设受到上海市乃至国家的高度重视。本文调查崇明海岸湿地现状并探讨其与崇明生态岛建设的关系。结果表明:崇明四周海堤外潮间带湿地占堤内陆地面积的31%,其中潮间带上部植被带占堤内陆地面积的6.5%。崇明潮间带湿地沉积物以粉砂和黏土占优(约90%),为湿地生态系统提供了富含营养物的底质。崇明潮间带湿地有堤内陆地所没有的独特景观和生态功能,应在生态岛建设中受到保护并在休闲旅游和科教方面得到有效利用。Ecological civilization construction has been gaining widespread attention and becoming a developmental trend worldwide.In this study,we investigate the current status of coastal wetlands in Chongming Island and discuss their role in the construction of the ecological island.We found that the area of intertidal wetlands is 31%as large as the land area encircling the seawalls on the Chongming Island,and the area of marshes and swamps in the upper intertidal zone is 6.5%as large as the land area within the seawalls.The sediments of intertidal wetlands are dominated by silt and clay(ca.90%)which provide rich nutrients to the ecosystem.The broad intertidal wetlands have unique landscapes and ecological functions that cannot be replaced by the terrestrial ecosystems within the seawalls.Thus,coastal wetlands should be conserved and utilized for leisure tourism,research,and educational purposes during the construction of the ecological island in Chongming.
