摘  要:建立了一种采用离子交换分离-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蔬菜中六价铬含量的方法。样品经高温灰化、碱性溶液提取并经阳离子交换树脂分离,用ICP-MS对六价铬进行检测。试验结果表明,添加水平为0.04~2.00mg·kg^(-1)时,回收率为86.5%~92.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.6%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,回收率高,重现性好,适合蔬菜中六价铬的测定。A new method was developed to determine chromium(Ⅵ)in vegetables by ion-exchang-ICP-MS.The sample was ashed by high temperature,then extracted with alkaline solution,separated with ion cation exchange resin,and detected by ICPMS.The study results indicated that the recoveries were between 86.5%~92.3%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 6.6%(n=6)with the spiked level of 0.04~2.00 mg/kg.The method had the advantages of simplicity,high recovery and good reproducibility,so it was suitable for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ)in vegetables.
