摘 要:为了回收湖州市某尾矿坑中的细砂资源,评估了细砂资源储量并进行了细砂分选回收试验;以砂含泥率、泥含砂率及分级效率为评价指标,确定了水力旋流器离心分级脱泥选砂的工艺方案。测算及分析表明:以+0.045mm进行回收时,该尾矿坑中的细砂资源量为120万t左右;水力旋流器脱泥选砂试验效果较好,当入料浓度为12%~13%,入料压力为0.1 MPa时,砂含泥率为13.7%,泥含砂率为4.8%,分级效率达到83.5%。In order to recover the fine sand resources in a tailings pit of Huzhou city,the fine sand resource reserves were assessed and the experiment of separation and recovery of fine sand was carried out.The technological scheme of centrifugal classifying desliming and sand sorting is determined as taking mud content of sand,sand content of mud and classification efficiency as evaluating indicator.The calculation and analysis show that the amount of fine sand in the tailings was about 1.2 Mt when+0.045 mm was recovered,and the desliming effect of hydrocyclone is better.When the feed concentration is 12%-13%and the feed pressure is 0.1 MPa,the mud content of sand is 13.7%,the sand content of mud is 4.8%,the fractional efficiency is up to 83.5%.
