摘  要:目的:为发挥病理网络与信息系统在病理检查全流程中的应用与跟踪,探索新型激光包埋盒打号机工作原理和应用特征。方法:选取活检和术后标本进行批量包埋盒预打印共2500个,将采用传统碳带包埋盒打号机纳入对照组(打印1250个),采用激光包埋盒打号机纳入观察组(打印1250个)。两组均与病理信息系统(LIS)连接,记录单个包埋盒打印时间,计算扫描识别率及平均识别时间。比较两组平均打印时间、平均扫描识别时间以及字迹耐磨程度与扫描识别率的差异。比较两组打印稳定性、使用过程中出现的故障情况。结果:观察组平均打印时间(4.72±0.59)s/个,对照组(20.62±1.39)s/个;观察组平均扫描识别时间(0.88±0.29)s/个,对照组(1.21±0.62)s/个,两组比较有差异;两组总体扫描识别率比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=16.44,P<0.05);观察组故障率低于对照组。结论:激光打印技术用于病理技术中能够提高包埋盒打印速度、提高工作效率、包埋盒打印质量稳定、为病理网络与信息系统在病理检查全流程应用与跟踪中提供良好的设备基础。Objective:To explore the working principle and application feature of new type of laser marking printer with embedding box so as to implement the application and tracking of pathology net and information system in the whole process of pathology examination.Methods:Total 2500 biopsy specimens and post operative specimens were selected and were divided into control group(1250 specimens which adopted traditional marking printer with carbon belt embedding box)and observation group(1250 specimens which adopted marking printer with laser embedding boxes).The marking printers of the two groups connected with laboratory information system(LIS),respectively,and recorded printing time of each embedding box.And then the scanning recognition rate and average recognition time were calculated respectively.The differences of average printing time,average scanning recognition time,rub fastness of handwriting and scanning recognition rate were compared.And the printing stability and using faults of the two groups were further compared.Results:The average printing times of observation group and control group were(4.72±0.59)s per specimen and(20.62±1.39)s per specimen,and the difference between them was significant.The average scanning recognition time of observation group(0.88±0.29 s per specimen)was significantly lower than that of control group(1.21±0.62 s per specimen).The differences of rub fastness of handwriting and total recognition rate between the two groups were significantly(x^2=16.44,P<0.05).And the fault rate of observation group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:The laser printing technique that is used in pathological technique can increase the printing speed,the working efficiency and the stability of printing quality,and can provide good equipment basis for pathological network and information system in the application and tracking process of whole process of pathological examination.
