摘　　要：目的:研制一种应用于病情较轻患者科室之间转运及提高伤残人生活质量的轮椅辅助支架、支板。方法:选取200例急诊轻伤患者,按照就诊时间的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组使用普通轮椅,观察组使用安装辅助支架后的轮椅。观察该辅助支架对人力需求、输液针头脱出情况;采用问卷调查方法对患者使用中舒适度进行比较。结果:人力需求方面,观察组每位患者只需要1名医务人员陪同即可完成患者外出检查的任务;对照组需要2名医务人员陪同才能完成患者外出检查的任务;观察组患者使用轮椅过程中输液针头脱出(10例)明显少于对照组(32例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=14.59,P<0.01);两组使用轮椅过程中的舒适度,观察组均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=24.88,P<0.01)。结论:轮椅辅助支架装置操作简单,能解决轻伤患者转运中输液问题及提高伤残人员的生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To design an auxiliary stand and support plate of wheelchair that can be used to transfer patient with slight injury among various treatment department and enhance life quality of disabled patient.Methods:Two hundred patients were divided into observation group(100 cases who adopted wheelchair with auxiliary stand)and control group(100 cases who adopted common wheelchair)according to the difference of registration time.The manpower demand and prolapse situation of infusion needle of this auxiliary stand were observed.And questionnaire method was adopted to compare the comfort degree of patients in using wheelchair.Results:On the aspect of manpower demand,each patient of observation group only need 1 medical worker in completing examination task of various treatment department,while each patient of control group need 2 medical workers in completing same examination.In the process of using wheelchair,the number of prolapse situation of infusion needle of observation group(10 cases)was significantly lower than that of control group(20 cases)(x^2=14.59,P<0.05).And in the process of using wheelchair,the comfort degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(x^2=24.88,P<0.01).Conclusion:The operation of auxiliary stand is simple,and it can resolve the problem of infusion in transferring patient with slight injury and enhance life quality of disabled patient.
