摘  要:目的:通过对螺旋断层放射治疗设备故障现象、处理方法及故障原因的分析,总结相关维修经验,为准确判断故障、缩短停机时间以及提高开机率提供依据。方法:对医院在用的螺旋断层放射治疗设备48个月的故障数据进行统计和分析,总结常见故障部件、故障原因以及故障的处理方法。结果:放射治疗设备于48个月共出现112次故障,停机时间约77 d,开机率为94.6%。其中剂量率故障31次,在安装剂量率控制系统后仅出现3次;磁控管故障10次;多叶准直器(MLC)故障10次;靶故障8次,升级为固定靶后未再出现故障;加速管故障3次;其他部件故障50次。其故障与硬件和软件的配置以及机房环境对设备正常运行均有影响。结论:螺旋断层放射治疗设备结构复杂,硬件和软件的升级能减少故障的发生,环境温度和湿度均可影响设备的正常运行;对设备部件状态预判,提前申请配件,能够缩短停机时间,提高开机率。Objective:To summarize the correlative maintenance experience so as to provide basis for accurate judging failure,shortening downtime and enhancing operation rate through analyzed the common failures phenomenon,the processing methods and the failure reasons for of the helical TomoTherapy equipment.Methods:The failure data of the helical TomoTherapy equipment of the past 48 months were analyzed,and the common failure gadget,the reasons of failures and the processed method for failures were summarized.Results:In last 48 months,there were 112 failures,and downtime was 77 days,and the operation rate was 94.6%.In the 112 failures,there were 31 times were failures of dose rate,and this failure only occurred 3 times after control system of dose rate was installed.In addition,there were 10 times were magnetron failure,and there were 10 times were multi-leaf collimator(MLC)failure,and there were 8 times were target failure.And the failure never occurred after target was upgraded to fixed target.And there were 3 times were accelerating tube failure,and there were 50 times were other failures.The failures were correlative with configurations of hardware and software and the environment of machine room,and these factors could affect the normal operation of equipment.Conclusion:The structure of the helical TomoTherapy equipment is complex,and the upgrade of hardware and software can reduce failure,and environment temperature and humidity may affect the normal operation of the equipment.The prognosis for the state of the equipment gadget and application of components at advance may shorten the downtime and improve the operation rate of this equipment.
