摘  要:目的探讨应用新媒体的方法辅助心电图教学在诊断学心电图见习课教学中的效果。方法在中山大学临床医学系2015级本科生中抽取50名学生,随机分为两组,每组25名学生,分别进行新媒体辅助下的心电图教学及常规心电图教学,在课后进行随堂小测。结果新媒体辅助教学组及常规教学组的考核平均成绩为(91.8±2.4)分、(85.2±2.5)分,新媒体教学组优于常规教学组(P=0.010);新媒体教学组及常规教学组的优秀率分别为80%、52%,新媒体教学组优于常规教学组(P=0.037)。结论应用新媒体的方法辅助心电图教学在诊断学心电图见习课教学中取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the effect of applying new-media assistant teaching in probation of electrocardiogram diagnostics.Methods 50 undergraduates in 2015 grade of clinical medicine in Sun Yat-Sen University were randomly assigned to two groups,25 students in each group,applying new-media assistant teaching or routine teaching in probation of electrocardiogram diagnostics,then a test after the course was did.Results The mean score of new-media assistant teaching group and routine teaching group was(91.8±2.4)and(85.2±2.5),the new media teaching group is better than the conventional teaching group(P=0.010).The proportion of good marks in two groups was 80%and 52%,the score of new-media assistant teaching group was better than routine teaching group(P=0.037).Conclusion The application of new-media assistant teaching to the probation of electrocardiogram diagnostics have achieved a good result,which is worth popularizing.
