摘　　要：目的探讨分析将风险评估应用到医院感染管理中的效果。方法我院在2015年10月开始将风险评估应用于医院感染管理中,以风险管理知识作为指导,有效地分析医院感染管理中存在的风险并指导医院规避以及解决风险问题,最大程度的为医疗安全提供保障。结果在医院感染管理中实施风险评估,能够规范医院感染管理,落实手卫生、病房消毒、合理使用抗生素、优化流程等,从而可以减低医院感染的发生率,提高医疗质量。结论在医院感染管理中实施风险评估的效果较为显著,能够有效降低感染发生率,从根本上解决医院感染管理中存在的问题,从而保证医疗安全。Objective To explore the effect of applying risk assessment in nosocomial infection management.Methods Beginning October 2015,risk assessment in nosocomial infection management were applied.Under the guidance of risk management knowledge,the risk in hospital infection management can be effectively analyzed and the risk can be avoided and solved in order to provide medical security to the greatest extent.Results Risk assessment in hospital infection management can standardize hospital infection management,implement hand hygiene,ward disinfection,rational use of antibiotics,and optimization of procedures,which can greatly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of medical care.Conclusion The effect of risk assessment in the management of nosocomial infections is significant.It can effectively reduce the incidence of infection,fundamentally solve the problems in the management of nosocomial infections,thus ensuring medical safety,and has good clinical value.
