降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞联合检测对早期脓毒症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的对早期脓毒症患者行降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)检测,研究降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数联合检测对早期脓毒症诊断的应用价值。方法选择我院ICU病房脓毒症患者(50例)作为研究组,时间:2017年1—12月,并同期选择非感染全身炎症反应综合征患者50例作为对照组,对所有患者的PCT、CRP、WBC数据指标进行记录和对比分析。结果研究组患者的PCT(7.65±1.36)ng/ml、CRP(76.62±15.77)mg/l、WBC(15.06±8.56)×109/L数据指标经过SPSS21.0统计软件分析发现均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白细胞联合检测对早期脓毒症的诊断价值十分显著,可以作为疾病判断的炎性指标。Objective To study the value of combined detection of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)in the diagnosis of early sepsis.Methods The study group was 50 sepsis patients in ICU ward from January to December 2017,and 50 noninfectious systemic inflammatory response syndrome patients were selected as control group.The data of PCT,CRP and WBC were recorded and analyzed.Results The data of P CT(7.65±1.36)ng/ml,CRP(76.62±15.77)mg/l,WBC(15.06±8.56)×109/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group by SPSS21.0 statistical software analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Calcitonin,c-reactive protein and leukocyte joint detection are very important in the diagnosis of early sepsis,and can be used as an inflammatory marker of disease judgment.
