腹腔镜胆囊切除术中右美托咪定的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术中右美托咪定的临床应用价值。方法研究组患者在接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术时,气管插管前10 min静脉注射右美托咪定,剂量为1μg/kg,对照组患者不注射右美托咪定,观察对比两组患者手术并发症发生情况以及手术过程中血流的动力学变化情况。结果通过对比两组患者手术后并发症的发生情况可以发现,研究组患者手术前注射右美托咪定的术中并发症发生情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定在患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术过程中可以使血流动力学状况平稳,并减少术后并发症的发生,在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical value of dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Patients in the study group were given dexmedetomidine intravenously 10 min before tracheal intubation at a dose of 1μg/kg during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Patients in the control group did not receive dexmedetomidine.Complications and hemodynamic changes during operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups,the incidence of intraoperative complications in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce the hemodynamics during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and significantly reduce postoperative complications.
