摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗效果以及生活质量的影响。方法随机选择本院在2016年6月—2017年12月收治的84例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为对象,将其随机平均分成对照组和研究组,每组42例患者。对照组实施传统手术治疗,研究组患者应用功能性鼻内窥镜手术开展治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和生活质量。结果研究组患者治疗效果更好,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者生活质量更佳,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎能有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,同时提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic surgery on clinical treatment effect and quality of life in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with functional nasal endoscopic surgery.The clinical treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The patients in the study group had better treatment effect,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The quality of life of the study group patients was better,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis can effectively improve the patient's clinical treatment,and at the same time improve the patient's quality of life.
