阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病(CHD)的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的在冠心病患者中应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,探究分析治疗效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年12月作为研究时间段,于该时间段中从我院选取100例冠心病患者进行探究分析,采用随机数表法将其随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,将曲美他嗪应用到对照组中,将阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪应用于观察组中,对两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标进行比较。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,其中对照组的治疗总有效率为72%,观察组的治疗总有效率为96%(P<0.05);相较于接受治疗前,两组患者的左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径以及左室射血分数水平均有所改善,且观察组的改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05);相较于接受治疗前,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均有所减少,且观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在冠心病患者中应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗的效果显著,且有效改善了患者的心功能。Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,100 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital for analysis and devided into control group and observation group.50 patients in each grouop,trimetazide was applied to the control group.Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine was used in the observation group,the treatment effect and cardiac function index between the two groups were compared.Results After taking corresponding nursing measures,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher,in which the total effective rate of the control group was 72%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 96%(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and left ventricular ejection fraction were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the number and duration of angina pectoris in both groups were reduced,and the number and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is significant in patients with coronary heart disease,and it can effectively improve the heart function of patients.
