摘　　要：心脏移植已经被公认为治疗终末期心脏病的最有效的治疗方法,可明显改善患者的生存质量并延长患者的生命。本文总结同种异体原位心脏移植术前准备、术中手术配合的经验。本组资料回顾性总结76例临床心脏移植的手术护理配合,就术前患者的访视、切取供心的物品准备和手术配合、受体手术的物品准备和手术配合以及经典法、双腔法植入供心的手术配合等进行了分析总结。心脏移植手术和其它器官移植一样有别于普通的手术,要重视术前对患者的访视,以保证手术的顺利进行。要特别注意无菌观念,降低术后感染的发生率。在术中要根据不同的手术进程及时准确备好相关物品,同时做好手术全过程的护理是手术成功的重要保证。Heart transplantation has been recognized as the most effective treatment for end-stage heart disease,which could significantly improve the patients'quality of life and prolong their lives.This article summarizes the experience of preoperative preparation and operative cooperation in orthotopic heart transplantation.Our data retrospectively analyzed and summarized 76 cases of clinical heart transplantation surgical care coordination in the aspects of patient's visit before surgery,the preparation and the surgical cooperation for the donators,the preparation and the surgical cooperation for the recipients,as well as the surgical cooperation for the classic method and double cavity method.The heart transplant operation is the same as other organ transplants which is differentiated with ordinary surgery.It is important to pay attention to the patient's visit before surgery to ensure the smooth operation of the surgery.The concept of sterility is also important to reduce the incidence of postoperative infections.During the operation,it is necessary to accurately and timely prepare relevant articles according to different surgical procedures.At the same time,the care of the entire operation is also an important guarantee for successful operation.
