摘  要:新城金矿二步矿柱采用预控顶中深孔分段充填采矿法开采。为获得最优化二步采场结构参数,采用Flac^(3D)对不同采场结构参数的稳定性进行计算,分析不同参数的采场开挖过程位移和应力变化特征,获得不同方案采场开采位移和应力随采场宽度变化曲线,并将优化后参数应用于工程实践。通过断面顶板位移变形监测,证明优化参数的合理性。结合矿山生产能力要求,为确保二步采场安全高效回采,最终获得最优的二步采场结构参数为:采场宽度8 m,高度10 m。Medium long-hole sublevel filling with pre-control roof mining method is adopted to mine the second-step ore room of Xincheng Gold Mine.In order to obtain optimal structural parameters for the second-step stope,Flac 3D numerical simulation software was used to calculate the stability of structural parameters of different stopes and analyze the characteristics of displacement and stress variation in the process of the excavation of stopes with different parameters,obtaining the curve of displacement and stress changing with stope width under different stope excavation schemes.The optimized parameters are applied to engineering practice.The rationality of the optimized parameters is verified by monitoring the section roof displacement and deformation.Taking into consideration the production capacity requirement and ensuring the safe and effective extraction of the second-step stope,the optimal parameters are determined:the stope width to be 8 m,and height to be 10 m.
