大型矿浆调浆搅拌槽改造与应用

摘　　要：矿浆调浆搅拌槽是浮选工艺必要的调浆搅拌设备。针对黑龙江某钼矿,采用Φ7. 5 m矿浆调浆搅拌槽存在的搅拌效果差、沉槽严重等问题,进行技术改造,增加叶轮排量,更换导流筒为BK型稳定导流筒,设置排粗管,延长了叶轮和导流筒的寿命。改造后进行取样验证,结果表明,改造后的矿浆调浆搅拌槽能够实现整个槽体内矿浆的均匀悬浮,并且有效提高了过流件的使用寿命,为选矿厂的正常生产提供了保证。The slurry conditioner agitator is a necessary slurry conditioning agitation equipment for flotation process.The?7.5 m slurry conditioner agitator used in a molybdenum mine in Heilongjiang generates the problems like poor agitation performance and serious sunk sediment,on which the study has carried out technical renovation.The impeller displacement is increased.The draft tube is replaced by BK flow-steady draft tube.The coarse drain tube is installed.The service life of impeller and draft tube is prolonged.The results,verified by sampling,show that the renovated slurry conditioner agitator can attain homogeneous pulp suspension within the whole agitator body,and effectively prolong the service life of transflux parts,ensuring regular production for concentrators.
