摘 要:近几年,纳米多孔合金因具有比表面积大、密度低、操作简单等优点,在催化、磁学、医药等领域得到了广泛的应用.本文通过熔体快淬结合去合金化的方法制备纳米多孔结构Pt-Si合金,用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对材料进行了表征,并研究了其在酸性条件下对乙醇氧化的电催化性能.结果表明,得到的Pt-Si合金拥有三维双连续结构,其平均尺寸在5 nm左右.和商业Pt/C催化剂相比,纳米多孔Pt-Si合金在乙醇催化氧化反应中具有更高的电催化活性和稳定性,是一种很有潜力的直接乙醇燃料电池阳极催化剂.In recent years,nanoporous alloys have presented the advantages of a large specific surface area,low density,and simple operation,and they have been widely used in the fields of catalysis,magnetism,and medicine.Nanoporous PtSi alloy was prepared by melt-spun and chemical dealloying,and was characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,and transmission electron microscopy.PtSi alloys possess a three-dimensional bicontinuous structure and an average size of 5 nanometers.Compared with commercial Pt/C catalysts,nanoporous PtSi alloys exhibit excellent electrocatalytic activity and stability in ethanol-catalyzed oxidation reactions and are considered to be a promising catalyst in direct ethanol fuel cells.
