卷烟烟支空头废品率的影响因素研究

摘　　要：运用双样本T检验与回归分析的方法[1]对针辊回丝量、来料水分、VE吸丝负压3个因子与烟支空头废品率的影响规律进行了研究,结果表明:针辊回丝量、VE吸丝负压2个参数对烟支空头废品率均有不同程度影响,在试验范围内针辊回丝量为30%、VE吸丝负压为95mbar时较佳,此时烟支空头废品率显著降低;来料水分对烟支空头废品率影响不显著。Using the double sample T test and regression analysis method to study the effects of three factors:the amount of needle roller wire return,the amount of incoming moisture,the negative pressure of VE wire absorption,and the waste rate of the tobacco pipe.The results show that the two parameters of needle roller wire return and VE wire suction negative pressure have different effects on the scrap rate of tobacco.In the test range,the needle roller wire return was 30%,and the VE wire suction negative pressure was 95 mbar.At this time,the waste rate of tobacco pipe was significantly improved;Incoming moisture has no significant effect on the scrap rate of tobacco.
