摘  要:在综合现有对于沉水樟扦插效果影响因素的基础上,就穗条规格、促生根剂处理、扦插基质成分等因素开展沉水樟的扦插育苗效果研究,其中,穗条规格主要选取穗条剪取的部位、长度、切口型和径级等因素,促生根剂处理方式中主要选取促生根剂类型、浓度、浸泡时间等因素。结果表明,沉水樟扦插选取穗条规格的最优组合是剪取上部当年生6~10cm长,径级为0.5~0.7cm的穗条,双削方式剪切后扦插;促生根剂采用浓度为100mg·L-1的ABT-1#浸泡16h的扦插效果最佳;扦插基质的选择泥炭土优于其他基质。This paper studied on the cutting propagation effect of cuttings specification,reagents treatment that promote rooting and cutting matrix based on researches about the comprehensive existing factors influencing the cutting effect of Cinnamomum micranthum.Cuttings specification including the clipping position,length,incision type and diameter of the cuttings,when reagents treatment including type,concentration and soak time.The result showed that the best disposal for cuttings specification was 6~10cm long and the diameter was 0.5~0.7cm cutting from the upper part of the mother trees,and the incision type was cutting both pros and cons.The survival rate was the highest when we used ABT-1#with the concentration was 100mg·L-1 soaked for 16 hours.And the survival rate of cuttings in peat soil was much higher than that in other cutting matrix.
