摘 要:随着我国棉花种植农艺和棉花种植机械发展,特别是收获机械化技术的不断完善和改进,各主产区积极探索其全程机械化生产模式,总结出了多种农机农艺结合的全程机械化模式。该文在总结主要棉区实践经验的基础上,结合实地调研和生产获得的资料,研究总结了黄河流域棉区农艺农机有效融合作业流程,提出了各生产环节的农艺要求、可供选择的作业机具以及作业质量标准要求,以期较合理有效地匹配棉花全程机械化技术与装备,推进棉花全程机械化稳步健康发展,最大限度地提高机械化效益。With the continuous improvement and improvement of China's cotton agronomy and cotton planting machinery,especially harvest mechanization technology,a large number of agronomic agricultural machinery experiments,demonstrations and promotion have been carried out in the main producing areas,and they are actively explored.The whole process of mechanized production has summed up the whole mechanized mode of combining agricultural machinery and agronomy.On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of the main cotton areas,combined with the first-hand information obtained from field research and production,this paper summarizes the effective integration of agronomic agricultural machinery in the cotton area of the Yellow River Basin,and proposes the agronomic requirements of various production links,the available working tools and The standard of operation quality requires that the company can better and effectively match the whole mechanized technology and equipment of cotton,promote the steady and healthy improvement of the whole process of cotton mechanization,maximize the mechanization benefits,and improve the efficiency and efficiency of cotton planting.
