摘  要:Alloy X与Q235B异种金属焊接所面临的主要问题是Q235B侧焊接热影响区冲击吸收能量值较低,难以满足使用要求。采用堆焊以及控制焊接热输入和层间温度的方式,达到调整焊接工艺及优化熔合比的目的,有效地解决了焊接热影响区冲击吸收能量低的问题,使焊接接头力学性能满足设计要求。The welding ability of Alloy X and Q235B steel was researched,and the main problem is that the heat affected zone(HAZ)in the side of Q235B steel has a low impact value,which results in that the impact toughness of welded joint can’t meet the quality requirements.The method of surfacing welding was taken to optimize fusion ratio and to adjust the weld craft parameter by controlling welding heat input and inter-pass temperature.Furthermore,it can effectively improve the impact toughness of HAZ and the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the design requirements completely.
