摘  要:针对江苏省盐城市台南兴北区块稠油胶质、沥青质含量高的特点,制备了新型高分子表面活性剂型降黏剂,并对其降黏性能进行了评价。结果表明:十八烷基二甲基胺和三苄胺的最佳摩尔比为7∶3;该降黏剂对于不同种类的稠油均具有良好的降黏效果,降黏剂质量分数为0.50%时,降黏率达90%以上,降黏剂质量分数为1.00%时,降黏率达98%以上;通过测试该降黏剂在不同温度、不同矿化度的降黏效果,表明其具有较好的耐温抗盐性。A novel polymeric surfactant-based viscosity reducer was developed for the colloid-and asphaltene-rich heavy oil in Xingbei Oilfield,Yancheng,Jiangsu Province and its performance in viscosity reduction was evaluated.The results show that the optimum molar ratio of octadecyldimethylamine and tribenzylamine in the viscosity reducer is 7∶3,which performs well in different heavy oils.The viscosity reduction rate is up to 90%when the mass fraction of the viscosity reducer is 0.50%and beyond 98%when the mass fraction of the agent reaches 1.00%.The viscosity reduction effect of the viscosity reducer at different temperatures and different salinity were tested to prove that the agent is temperature and salt resistant.
