摘 要:采用MgCl2/AlCl3复合载体负载钒化合物制备了乙烯聚合用钒系催化剂FVC-01,以氢气为相对分子质量调节剂,研究了淤浆工艺中不同助催化剂对FVC-01活性及所制聚乙烯性能的影响。结果表明:随着n(Al):n(V)的增大,FVC-01活性呈先增大后降低的趋势,所制聚乙烯的表观密度和细粉含量先增加后降低,而熔体流动速率逐渐增大,相对分子质量分布变化不明显;以三异丁基铝为助催化剂时,催化剂活性能更好释放,制备的聚乙烯具有较高的表观密度和较宽的相对分子质量分布,粒径分布窄,细粉含量低,有利于装置产能的提高。A vanadium-based catalyst FVC-01 for ethylene polymerization was prepared by suppurting vanadium compound on the MgCl2/AlCl3 carrier.FVC-01 was used in the slurry polymerization of ethylene with hydrogen as molecular weight regulator.The effects of different cocatalysts on activities of FVC-01 and properties of the product were investigted.The results show that with the increase of the molar ratio of Al/V,the activity of FVC-01 increases first and then decreases,which is similar to the tendency of the apparent density and fine powder content of the polymer,while the polymer’s melt flow rate increases gradually,and the molecular mass distribution varies little.When triisobutylaluminium is used as a cocatalyst,the activity of the catalyst can be better released.The polymer produced has high apparent density,wide molecular mass distribution,narrow particle size distribution and low fine powder content,which are beneficial to capacity improvement of the plant.
