摘 要:研究了热处理工艺对相变诱发塑性钢组织和力学性能的影响。3种热处理工艺分别为传统一步法(Ⅰ)、不经缓冷段的一步法(Ⅱ)和两步法(Ⅲ)。结果表明,采用工艺Ⅰ试制的钢具有低的屈服强度和屈强比。采用工艺Ⅱ和工艺Ⅲ试制的钢具有高的断后伸长率和强塑积。采用工艺Ⅰ试制的钢的组织主要由软相多边形铁素体和块状残留奥氏体组成,而采用工艺Ⅱ和工艺Ⅲ试制的钢的组织由硬相贝铁素体/马氏体和分布其间的薄膜状残留奥氏体组成。Effect of heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of transformation induced plasticity steel was investigated.The three types of heat treatments were the traditional one step method(Ⅰ),one step method(Ⅱ)and two step method(Ⅲ)without slow cooling stage.The results showed that the steel produced by the methodⅠhad low yield strength and yield ratio.The steels tested by the methodsⅡandⅢhad high elongation and good product of strength and ductility.The microstructure of the steel produced by the methodⅠwas mainly composed of soft polygonal ferrite and blocky retained austenite,and microstructures of the steel produced by the methodsⅡandⅢwere consisted of hard bainitic ferrite/martensite and retained austenite films dispersed between them.
