摘 要:通过热重分析、XRD与SEM等试验手段,利用氢气和一氧化碳对白云鄂博矿在650~1 050℃温度范围内的气基还原过程进行了研究,并研究了还原温度和时间、气体流速对样品的金属化率和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当还原温度为850℃、气体流速为200 m L/min时已经能保证较好的还原率。此条件下氢气还原20 min,金属化率可达到70%以上;一氧化碳还原40 min,金属化率可达到82%。The gas-based reduction process of Bayan obe ore at the temperatures ranging from 650 to 1 050℃in hydrogen and carbon monoxide atmosphere was studied by use of the thermo-gravimetric analysis,XRD and SEM,and the effect of reduction temperature and time,gas flow rate on metallization rate and microstructure of the samples were analyzed.The results showed that when the reduction temperature was 850℃and the gas flow rate was 200 mL/min,the reduction rate was high.Under this condition,the metallization rate was over 70%after reduction for 20 min in hydrogen atmosphere,and reached 82%after reduction for 40 min in carbon monoxide atmosphere.
