摘 要:针对简谐振动下直线发电机感应电动势不规则的问题,提出了小幅振动条件下的改进方法。采用单相绕组,选取Ψ(x)曲线零点附近1/3极距的区间作为振动范围,可使感应电动势接近正弦波。有限元仿真得到优化后的电动势波形,谐波占比不超过4%,验证了该方法的有效性。通过比较发现,在小幅振动条件下单相直线发电机的输出特性更理想,适用于斯特林直线发电系统。通过调整定子长度,改变定位力相位,可使振动中心位置自然稳定。该研究可为斯特林直线发电机的设计提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the EMF waveform of the linear generator is usually irregular at the condition of simple harmonic vibration,a new method was proposed.By using single-phase winding and setting the range of vibration nearby the zero point of theΨ(x)curve at the length to one third of the pole pitch,the EMF waveform can be close to sine wave.A fine EMF waveform with harmonic less than 4%was obtained under finite element simulation.Results show that the single-phase winding linear generator has better ouput at the condition of simple harmonic vibration with small amplitude,which fits the linear Stirling power system.And the stability of the vibration center can be realized by adjusting the phase of the detent force.The research can provide reference for the design of linear Stirling generator.
