摘 要:针对大惯量负载下普通异步电动机起动表现不佳的问题,设计了一种适用于大惯量负载的驱动电动机。对普通异步电动机的转子槽形进行优化设计,提出在转子上加永磁体的方案,设计了2种转子磁路结构和3个永磁体距离轴心的长度,仿真结果证明了优化后的电动机能够应用于起动转矩大、成本低等场合。Aiming at the problem of poor starting performance of ordinary three-phase induction motor under heavy inertia loads,a kind of drive motor for large inertia load was designed.The rotor slot shape of an ordinary three-phase induction motor load was designed.A scheme for adding permanent magnets to the rotor was proposed.Two kinds of rotor magnetic circuit structure and three distances between the permanent magnet and the axis were designed.The results of the finite element simulation and Simulink simulation proved that the optimized motor can have high starting torque and low cost.
