摘  要:主要对多次循环后汽车动力电池的性能进行研究分析。在1.00 C及2.00~3.80 V的条件下循环10 000次后,电池的容量保持率约为85.21%,直流内阻、交流内阻分别上升65%、18.69%,放电比功率下降约34.5%。对循环后的电池进行拆解后组装为扣式电池,分别对其进行扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)分析及电池性能测试,研究发现循环后电池负极材料的衰减速度较快,这主要是由于电池负极的膨胀和SEI膜增厚等原因。In this paper,the performance of automotive power battery is studied and analyzed.The battery capacity retention rate is about 85.21%,DC resistance and AC resistance respectively increase 66%and 18.69%,and discharge specific power decrease about 34.5%under the conditions of 1.00 and 2.00~3.65 V after 10 000 cycles.After dismantling the cycle of the battery,button type battery is assembly,and the SEM analysis and the battery performance test are carried out.The research finds that the decay rate of the battery cathode material is fast.This is mainly due to the expansion of the negative electrode of the battery and the thickening of the SEI film.
