摘  要:针对目前锌离子电池循环性能不好、容量下降机理不明确等问题,以超细锌粉为负极、硫酸锌为电解液、α-MnO_2为正极,系统研究了锌负极的缓蚀工艺、电解液浓度和导电剂种类及含量对锌离子电池放电性能的影响。锌负极析氢实验表明在2 mol/L的硫酸锌电解液中,采用单一缓蚀剂时,不同缓蚀剂对超细锌粉的缓释效果CTAB>BTA>PVP,当CTAB的加入量为60 mg/L时,其缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀效率达到51%;电解液浓度实验表明硫酸锌电解液的浓度为2mol/L时电池的性能最佳;导电剂实验表明使用乙炔黑作导电剂,正极添加质量分数为40%MnO2,负极质量分数为25%Zn时电池的放电比容量最高可达613 mAh/g。According to the current zinc ion battery cycle performance was unstable and capacity decline mechanism was unclear,the effects of the concentration of electrolyte and different conductive agents on the discharge performance of zinc ion battery were studied systematically by using ultrafine zinc powders as negative electrode,zinc sulfate as electrolyte andα-MnO2 as positive electrode.Hydrogen evolution experiments showed that in the case of 2 mol/L zinc sulfate electrolyte,the effect of different inhibitors on the ultra-fine zinc powder was CTAB>BTA>PVP.When the addition amount of CTAB was 60 mg/L,the inhibition effect was the best and the inhibition efficiency reached 51%.Electrolyte concentration test showed that when the concentration of zinc sulfate electrolyte concentration was 2 mol/L,the battery performance was the best.The experimental results showed that the discharge capacity of the battery was up to 613 mAh/g when acetylene black was used as the conductive agent,the cathode was 40%MnO2 and the cathode was 25%Zn.
