摘 要:采用水热法合成了MnO_2材料,水溶液法制备了LiNO_3-KNO_3低熔点电解质,并成功制备了LiSi/LiNO_3-KNO_3/MnO_2单体电池。通过在正极MnO2材料中添加银粉、乙炔黑、活性炭、CNTs、石墨烯等导电剂材料的方法改善其导电性,同时对不同单体电池进行恒流放电曲线的测试进行电性能的研究。测试结果表明:导电剂可以一定程度提高电池电性能,其中5%银粉、5%乙炔黑、2%活性炭、4%或5%CNTs四种添加剂效果比较明显,而石墨烯添加量对材料电性能影响非常小,在研究的范围内(2%~5%)几乎没有发生改变。MnO2 material was synthesized by hydrothermal method in this paper.The low melting point electrolyte of LiNO3-KNO3 was prepared by aqueous solution method.The single cell of LiSi/LiNO3-KNO3/MnO2 was successfully prepared.The conductivity was improved by adding silver powder,acetylene black,activated carbon,CNTs,and graphene conductive agent into the cathode material of MnO2,and the test of the constant current discharge curve of different single cell was studied.The test results showed that the conductive agent can improve the electrical performance of the battery to a certain extent,and the effect of 5%silver,5%acetylene black,2%activated carbon,and 4%or 5%CNTs of four kinds of additives were more obvious.While the effect of graphene content on the electrical properties of the material is very less,which has little change in the study area of 2%~5%.
