摘  要:针对即将产生的大规模废旧动力电池,总结国外回收模式,分析了国内动力电池回收模式的优缺点。基于电池生产者责任延伸制的回收模式,建立政府、生产者博弈模型,通过均衡解,运用Matlab软件计算分析回收网络中各要素对政府、生产者行为的影响,并寻找最优策略。结果表明,考虑动力电池回收产业处于发展初期,政府执行"严格监管"策略引导生产者"履行责任"是目前回收网络中的最优策略。最后,根据博弈结论并结合要素分析结果提出相应建议。In view of the upcoming large scale waste power battery,the paper summarizes foreign recovery model,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic power battery recycling model.The battery recycling mode extended producer responsibility based on the establishment of government,producers of the game model,through the equilibrium solution,using Matlab software calculation and analysis of effect of various elements in the recycling network for the government,producer behavior,and find the optimal strategy.The results show that,considering the development of power battery recycling industry in the early stage of development,the government implements the"strict supervision"strategy and guides producers to"fulfill their responsibilities",which is the best strategy in the current recycling network.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion of the game and the result of factor analysis.
