成年腭裂术后语音障碍患者辅音构音特点的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨成年腭裂术后语音障碍患者辅音的语音特点,为术后制定针对性语音训练方案提供依据。方法借助计算机语音工作站对62例成年腭裂术后语音障碍患者进行语音评估,从构音位置、构音方法两个方面对其辅音的错误类型及发生率进行分析。结果 62例成年腭裂术后语音障碍患者辅音的主要错误类型为代偿、弱化和省略;按构音位置分类,错误的辅音从高到低依次为:舌尖前音(57例91.94%)、舌尖后音(53例85.48%)、舌尖中音(45例72.58%)、舌根音(37例59.68%)、舌面音(36例58.06%)、双唇音(18例29.03%)、唇齿音(12例19.35%);按构音方法分类,擦音与塞擦音的错误类型均以代偿为主,塞音的主要错误类型为弱化。结论代偿、省略和弱化为成年腭裂术后语音障碍患者最常见的辅音构音错误类型,可发生在所有的塞音、擦音和塞擦音。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of consonant errors in adult articulation disorders patients after cleft palate.Methods 62 adults(aged from18 to 26)with articulation disorders after cleft palate repair were enrolled and undertaken computer-based speech assesments.The incidence and types of consonant misarticulation errors were analysed,focusing on articulation sites and manners.Results The main erroneous articulation patterns of the adults were compensatory,omission,and weak pressure.The abnormal consonants could be classified into supradental(57 cases),blade-palata(53 cases),blade-alveolar(45 cases),velar(37 cases),lingua-palata(36 cases),bilabial consonant(18 cases),labiodent(12 cases),based on the sites of articulation.As for the manmers of articulation,the error types of fricatives and affricates mainly consisted of compensation andomission.And stops show mainly weak pressure.Conclusion Compensatory,omission,and weak pressure which happen in all the stops,fricatives and affricates,are the top three misarticulation.
