摘 要:准北区块地质构造复杂,施工中对钻井液性能要求高。在对准北1井所用钻井液体系应用情况进行分析后,对其所使用的聚胺磺化封堵防塌钻井液体系进行优化,增强了钻井液体系的封堵性能,形成了聚胺纳米封堵钻井液体系。优化后的聚胺纳米封堵钻井液体系在准北2井进行了现场应用,平均井径扩大率低,达到了低密度下井壁稳定的良好效果。The technology difficulty of drilling fluid is very great in Zhunbei Block because the geologic structure is very complex.Analyzing the application effect of drilling fluid applied to Zhunbei 1 Well,the poly-amine and sulfonation drilling fluid with formation sealing and anti-caving ability was optimized,and the formation sealing property was improved.The poly-amine nano-technology formation sealing drilling fluid was researched and developed.The optimized drilling fluid was applied to Zhunbei 2 Well,resulting in low rate of average hole diameter enlargement and good effect of wellbore stability under the condition of low density drilling fluids.
