摘 要:鄂尔多斯杭锦旗地区常采用水平井尾管固井结合喷砂射孔多级分段压裂或桥塞压裂的完井方式。但在固井施工及压裂改造过程中,存在悬挂器和回接工具可靠性差、水泥石在冲击载荷和套管压力动载荷作用下密封失效、固井漏失而重叠段无水泥以及顶替效率低等问题。针对上述技术难点,在国内首次应用回接筒自带马牙扣、耐压达70 MPa的高压全通径尾管悬挂器及其配套回接工具,简化回接管串,提高密封、锚定能力;优选增弹、增韧材料,开发低成本的弹韧性水泥浆体系,具有显著的增韧止裂、形变及形变恢复能力;优化固井浆柱结构,调整冲洗液、隔离液流变性能,应用冲洗液低返速紊流、隔离液高返速塞流的复合顶替技术,兼顾防漏和提高顶替效率的需要;配套采取套管居中、低密度替浆液、不留上水泥塞、辅助压稳等措施。2017年,新型尾管固井工艺技术在11口井进行了现场应用,固井优良率100%,回接密封良好,有效保证了压裂措施的顺利实施及改造效果。Liner cementing with multistage fracturing after jet perforation or bridge plug hydraulic fracturing is the common completion method for horizontal wells in Hangjinqi area,Ordos Basin.The main technical difficulties for horizontal well cementing are as follows:poor reliability about hanger and tie-back tools,sealing failure of conventional cement sheath under the impact load and casing inner pressure dynamic load condition,easy leakage,low displacement efficiency.In order to solve these problems,new-type liner hanger with horse tooth buckles on the tie-back tube and pressure resistance of 70 MPa could simplify the tie-back pipe string structure and improve the seal and anchor capacity.Based on optimization of elastic and toughness materials,low cost elastic-toughness cement slurry was developed and put into use,which has good crack-prevention,and deformation recovery capacity;optimize the cementing column structure,adjust the rheological properties of flushing fluid and isolating fluid,use low-velocity turbulent of flushing fluid and high-velocity plug flow of isolating fluid technology,the contradiction between cementing lost circulation prevention and displacement efficiency improvement is solved;the techniques of casing centralization,low density displacement slurry,top plug free drilling and formation pressure-control auxiliary measures were also the main components.The new-type liner hangers and liner cementing technology were used in 11 wells in 2017,and the excellent cementing rate 100%and good sealing after tie-back guaranteed the fracturing construction successfully.
