西部某市县级医院医生对医学新技术认知与行为意向调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解西部某市县级医院医生对医学新技术的认知现状、使用行为与医患沟通等情况,为促进欠发达地区医学新技术转化应用等提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样方法,抽取7所县人民医院,共发放240份问卷,回收202份,有效回收率为83.3%。结果:39.1%的医生对本专业领域内医学新技术比较了解;86.6%的医生支持使用新技术;87.6%的医生愿意使用新技术开展疾病的诊断/治疗;获取本专业医学新技术的信息渠道重要性高且使用频率高的为科室培训、国内外学术期刊;41.9%的医生认为当前国内医学新技术的临床应用不足,仍需加强;60.6%的医生曾使用过本专业的新技术;42%的医生使用新技术前,医院内已经有医生使用了该技术;在医学新技术使用过程中,57.1%的医生会就新技术的使用问题征求患者的意见;76.4%的患者会向医生表达自己的主观诉求。结论:要加强对医生的培训学习,拓宽信息渠道;县级医院可以结合实际情况,加强对新技术的引进以及建立高效的医患沟通反馈机制。Objectives:To understand the status of doctors'cognition,usage behavior and doctor patient communication of new medical technology in county-level hospitals in Western China and to provide references for promoting the transformation and application of new medical technology in county-level hospitals of less developed areas.Methods:Using the method of random sampling,7 county–level hospitals were selected and 240 questionnaires were issued.Of which,202 were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 84.2%.Results:39.1%of the selected doctors have taken good care of new medical technology in this field.86.6%of them support using the new technology;87.6%of them want to use new technology in clinical adoption.The main channels for acquiring the new technology professional medical information are department training and academic journals at home and abroad.41.9%of them don’t think that the clinical application of the new medical technology in our country is sufficient.60.6%of the doctors have been used the new technology.Before 42%of the doctors used the new technology,the new technology had been used by doctors in the hospitals.In the process of new medical technology,57.1%of doctors seek advice from patients on the use of new technologies.76.4%of patients expressed their demands to doctors.Conclusions:It is considered to strengthen doctor training and broaden the channels of information.County-level hospitals can strengthen the introduction of new technologies in combination with the actual situation and establish effective communication and feedback mechanism for doctor-patient communication.
