西部某市县级医院住院患者对医学新技术认知与行为意向调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解西部某市县级医院住院患者对医学新技术的认知现状、使用行为与技术感知情况,为促进欠发达地区县级医院医学新技术的转化应用等提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样方法,抽取西部某市7所县人民医院,对280位住院患者进行一对一调查。结果:患者认为一项新的医学新技术具备的特点主要为治疗效果好(83.3%)、安全可靠(68.7%)、费用花费合理(53.3%);对于所患疾病领域的相关医学新技术比较关注的占24.7%,了解途径主要为医务人员介绍(51.8%)、互联网(40.8%);79.6%的患者愿意使用医学新技术进行疾病治疗;45.8%的患者向医生表达过自己的需求或想法。最终,仅39.7%的患者使用医学新技术进行诊断/治疗。结论:重视对患者医学基础常识的普及,提高患者对医学新技术的认知;建立合理高效的医患沟通反馈机制;加强对新技术的监督,避免诱导需求。Objectives:To understand the present situation of cognition,behavior and perception of new medical technology among the inpatients in county-level hospitals and to provide reference for promoting the transformation and application of new medical technology in county-level hospitals in less developed areas.Methods:Using random sampling method,we collected 7 county-level People's Hospitals,and one to one survey of 280 inpatients was conducted.Results:Patients believed that the mainly characteristics of new medical technology were good treatment effect(83.3%),safe and reliable(68.7%)and rational cost(53.3%).Only 24.7%of patients were concerned about the new medical technologies in the field of disease.The main ways learning new medical technology were medical staff introduction(51.8%)and internet(40.8%).79.6%of the patients are willing to use the new medical technology.45.8%of the patients express their needs to the doctors.But only 39.7%of the patients actually used the new medical technology.Conclusions:It is considered to pay more attention to the popularization of basic medical knowledge of patient and improve their cognition of new medical technology.It also needs to establish a reasonable and efficient mechanism of communication and feedback between doctors and patients,strengthen supervision to avoid inducing demand.
