摘　　要：通过对患者居家安全概念的界定,分析患者居家安全的背景及现状:患者居家安全问题多发于老年人及慢性病患者;患者居家安全问题及不良事件多发且多元化;照护者角色多样化。在此基础上,指出未来患者居家安全发展趋势:患者居家安全不良事件的分类与上报;照护者服务的标准化培训;患者居家安全的监测和评估。Based on the concept analysis of patient safety in home,the background and status quo of patient safety in home can be described as problems of patient safety in home often occurs with those elderly or those who suffered by chronic disease and occurs frequency and diversification and there are multi-roles with caretaker.Patient safety in home in future maybe establishing patient safety in home adverse event classification and report,caretaker standardized training and patient safety in home monitoring and assessment.
