摘　　要：汇总、分析多所医疗机构招标文件数据,就国内进口大型医疗设备维保服务招标采购中招标文件不能保障医院正当利益这一关键问题,提出根据项目情况合理选择采购方式、科学设置招标需求、科学设置评标分值、完善合同条款等针对性解决方案。在执行层面,力求通过在设备采购时提前设置全寿命周期的维保服务条款、加大对成熟国产大型设备的采购、联合医院医学装备管理的行业力量等措施,达到保障医疗安全及维护医院正当利益的目的。Abstract:In consideration of the fact the legitimate rights and interests can not be guaranteed in purchasing maintenance service of large-scale imported medical equipment by public bidding in China,A lot of bidding documents for maintenance service in the past five years were summarized and analyzed.Suggestions such as rational select purchasing method,scientific setting bidding demand and index system and completing contact has been presented.In implementation,it is considered to add the item of all life maintenances,strengthen purchasing in excellent brand company and get help from hospital medical equipment management to assure medical care safety and hospital interest.
