摘 要:以MgO-CeO_2-Y_2O_3为烧结助剂,采用无压液相烧结工艺分别在1800℃、1850℃和1900℃,Ar气氛的条件下保温2h制备了SiC复合陶瓷。系统地研究了助烧剂MgO、CeO_2、Y_2O_3的不同配比和不同烧结温度对陶瓷体的显微维氏硬度和热学性能的影响,结果表明:,在1850℃时,相对密度达89.09%、硬度达2642kgf/mm^2。CY1具有最小平均热膨胀系数,为1.77×10^(-6)/K。CY3具有最大的热导率,为148.100W/(m·K)。随着烧结温度的升高,热导率逐渐增大。SiC ceramics were prepared by using MgO-CeO2-Y2O3 as sintering additive at 1800℃,1850℃and 1900℃under Ar atmosphere for 2h.The effects of MgO,CeO2,Y2O3 and different sintering temperatures on the hardness and thermal properties of SiC ceramics were systematically studied.The results show that the ceramic prepared at 1850℃with relative density of 89.09%and hardness of 2642kgf/mm2.The CY1 sample had a minimum average thermal expansion coefficient of 1.77×10-6/K at 1850℃.The thermal conductivity of CY3 is the largest.(148.100W/(mK),115.665W/(mK),99.371W/(mK),respectively.With the increase of sintering temperature(1800℃~1900℃),heat The conductivity gradually increased.
