摘　　要：1987年7月3日中国加入海牙国际私法会议,毫无疑问,这是海牙国际私法会议历史上的重大事件。自此之后,中国积极参与了大量海牙国际私法会议主持制定的条约谈判工作,包括目前正在磋商的海牙判决公约草案的谈判。中国政府及香港特别行政区政府大力支持筹建海牙国际私法会议亚太地区区域性办事处,对海牙国际私法会议作出了关键的重大贡献。当前,已经有三个海牙国际私法会议制定的条约适用于中国。一般认为,2010年中国《涉外民事关系法律适用法》借鉴了很多海牙国际私法会议的成果。中国内地与香港之间的四项民商事合作安排均受海牙国际私法会议制定的几个条约的影响。未来,这些为两地间安排起到重要借鉴意义的海牙国际私法会议制定的条约将可能成为中国考虑加入的主要候选条约。此外,中国对海牙国际私法会议的潜在影响还在于,共同致力于全球国际私法趋同化理想之实现,构筑一个孕育全球共同价值与美德的全球性法律框架。The accession of China to the Hague Conference on Private International Law on 3 July 1987 was certainly a highlight in the Conference's history.China has been actively involved in negotiations on all the Hague instruments adopted so far,and in its current work,e.g.on judgments.And China's and Hong Kong SAR's support to the Hong Kong Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific has been of crucial importance to the Conference.Currently,three Hague Conventions are in force for China.More generally,the Hague Conference's work is reflected in the 2010 Chinese Private International Law Act.Several Hague Conventions have inspired four Arrangements on civil and commercial cooperation between China's Mainland and Hong Kong SAR.Regarding the future,the Hague Conventions used as inspiration for these arrangements could be prime candidates for ratification.More generally,one of the potential contributions of China to the Hague Conference could be that of working towards more alignment of the progressive unification of private international law with the development of the global normative framework for common values and goods.
