摘 要:益生菌制剂在畜牧生产中的应用已有70余年的历史,在欧洲、日韩等国家和地区也已得到广泛的应用。随着食品安全、环保压力的日益增大及养殖政策的不断调整,益生菌制剂在我国也逐渐为人们所认识与接受,并成为添加剂领域的研究热点之一。本文就益生菌制剂在奶牛不同生长和生产阶段的菌种选择与应用效果进行了综述,以期为实际生产上奶牛用益生菌产品应用及研究方向的选择提供理论参考。Probiotics have been applied in livestock for over seventy years and currently is widely used in many countries like European,Japan and Korean.With the increase of the pressure in food safety and environment protection and the adjustment of breeding policy,probiotics,which have gradually been known and accepted.Probiotics is now becoming the one of the research focus in additive area.The strains selection and application effects of probiotics in dairy cow of different growth and production stages will be discussed which may provide theory references for further products application and study options.
